Following a recent alert from the authorities regarding Urea in Brewer’s Yeast, Willows Ingredients has undertaken independent testing on our own Brewer’s Yeast product to provide independently verified results, which showed that the product does not contain and is free of Urea.

Willows Ingredients sources our yeast from 3 breweries that are all situated in Ukraine and Urea is not allowed on site. These breweries brew top brands of beer for the local and international markets and they adhere to the highest standards.
