Who are we? Willows Ingredients is a family- owned distributor of raw materials for Food, Healthcare, Sports and Animal Nutrition industries. We established our business in 2007 and have built it since through both reputation and experience.
What do we do? We import high-quality product from all over the world and distribute to some of the leading brands in both Human and Animal Nutrition across the UK, Ireland, Europe & North America.
We represent some of the highest quality manufacturers in the world both large and small.
Where? Our headquarters are in Ireland and we also have offices in the UK and China.
Willows Ingredients works closely with a key set of partners to provide product, logistics and quality solutions to all of our customers’ needs.
We have a dedicated and experienced procurement team who are experts in sourcing through our supplier partnerships. Whether it’s a specialised key ingredient you are searching for or a
popular mainstream bulk product- we are well established in the market and can work closely with you to achieve a supply that fits your needs; both in value and price.
We are also supported by quality warehousing & logistics partners in both Ireland, UK and most key hubs in Europe and beyond.
Overall oversight and leadership of the company, managing strategic partnerships & and implementing strategic planning for future company growth.
Derek has been in the industry for over 15 years, he manages all of Willows Ingredients sales within the EU. Derek has an in-depth knowledge of both animal feed and human and sports nutrition markets.
Debbie has a wealth of experience in food production, sports, health, and animal health nutrition industries. Skilled in account mgt, product, new business development, planning, and negotiation.
Sarah is Business Development Manager with our UK team and brings 16 years of sales management experience. Sarah is highly skilled in new business development and customer relationship management.
Monika's focus is to grow our European base. Highly skilled in new business development and account management, negotiation, and business planning. Fluent in English, German, and Polish.
Maura has over 16 years of experience in marketing and communications positions in different sectors. Maura manages the marketing function to support the overall business focus and drive sales growth.
Diane heads our finance team and manages financial planning, reporting, and controls within Willows Ingredients. Diane manages the areas of hedging, cash management, budgeting, and accounting.
Karen works closely with the finance manager. Her role involves keeping the accounts department as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Working as a key person in the accounts team, Katy concentrating on sales at present. Katy is excited to learn more and delve into other areas in the department.
Mel’s primary responsibility is the processing of all the sales orders and liaising with our customers regarding order/delivery queries. She also takes care of stock management and stock allocation.
Miranda processes all UK sales orders. Liaising closely with all our UK customers and our sales team, Miranda brings 25 years of customer relations to her role at Willows Ingredients.
Anna works closely with our operations manager in processing sales orders and liaising with our customers regarding orders and delivery queries. Anna brings more than 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management positions to the team.
Zoë has 20 years’ experience having worked for both importers and freight forwarders. Her role includes monitoring shipments and updating the team with arrivals and delivery dates ensuring customers have the most up-to-date information.
Selina has extensive experience in the transport and logistics area and is responsible for the planning and operations of the transport department.
Darerca is a seasoned HR professional, she ensures that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles to drive the business forward.
Declan heads up the quality team. With a keen focus on product safety and quality, the team works to ensure that products supplied by Willows meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
Experienced in pharmaceutical documentation and quality requirements. Louise assists in streamlining the provision of our quality and regulatory documentation more efficiently.
Caitriona works closely with the Quality Manager. Her role is to ensure that all the products supplied by Willows Ingredients meet the high quality and regulatory standards required by our customers.
Experienced in food manufacturing and quality systems. Sinéad helps the team meet the highest quality and regulatory standards as required by Willows Ingredients customers
Philip runs the purchasing department in Willows Ingredients. He is responsible for the complete supply side of the business.
Nicola works closely with the Purchasing Manager and the sales team to source key and new ingredients for our customers.
